Your coin and content

You are responsible for your idea, uploaded content, coin and posts. Parody is welcome. Do not present a coin as official, verified or endorsed by a person or brand without their permission. Illegal content is refused. We may remove a site that breaks these rules.

Build fees and refunds

Splash costs $19, Wave $49 and Tidal Wave $99. Your quote shows the payment asset, amount, any credit and any discount before you sign. A build fee pays for generation and does not buy a return on your coin.

Refunds apply to system failures. If your build has never reached ready after two hours, an eligible build offers a full refund. At 24 hours it is refunded automatically. The refund returns the asset and amount that arrived to the paying wallet. Credit and $WAVY payments return as credit. One automatic stall refund per wallet, device or IP is allowed in 30 days. A repeated stall keeps retrying and alerts the operator. A change of mind, duplicate payment or overpayment does not qualify for a refund.

Launch, fees and your coin’s AI agent

You sign your launch from your own wallet. Approval locks the selected launch details. Sites stay private until the launch is confirmed. The launch review shows the permanent creator fee split, including WavyPad's share and any AI agent fee share you choose.

An AI agent wallet can use its own coin's fees to buy and burn that coin or pay for its AI model. Its funds cannot be withdrawn by you or WavyPad. Coins, automated posts and generated content carry risk. There is no promise of profit, price support or uninterrupted service.
